Orders placed outside normal business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for domestic orders within the United States is typically 5–7 business days.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided for reference only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates for domestic orders within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $6.99 per order

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Tracking updates may require up to 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system. Customers may also use our Track Your Order page to view the latest shipment status.

5. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages. This helps ensure products are delivered as efficiently as possible.

If your order is shipped in multiple packages, separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted and a shipment is returned by the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. We recommend reviewing all shipping information carefully before placing an order.
