DMCA & Copyright Policy
Hghfair, operated by Ithaca Investments LLC, respects the intellectual property rights of copyright owners and expects users of our website to do the same. We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”) and other applicable copyright laws.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, an authorized representative of a copyright owner, or otherwise authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive copyright right, you may submit a DMCA notice if you believe that material available through our website infringes your copyright.
To help us review your claim, your notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed. If your notice covers multiple copyrighted works, you may provide a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material that you believe infringes your copyright, together with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material, such as the specific URL or page where it appears.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address, where available.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information provided in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed.
Incomplete notices may delay our ability to investigate or respond to a copyright complaint.
2. Designated Agent Contact Information
DMCA notices should be submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent using the following contact information:
Ithaca Investments LLC
Attn: Copyright Agent
Address: 10770 W Highland Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85037.

Please include “DMCA Copyright Notice” in the subject line when submitting a notice by email.
3. Counter-Notice Procedures
If material you submitted or posted through our website has been removed or access to it has been disabled as a result of a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal or restriction occurred because of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent.
Your counter-notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court as provided under applicable DMCA requirements and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original infringement notice or that person’s authorized representative.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the party who submitted the original copyright complaint and process the counter-notification in accordance with applicable law.
4. Repeat Infringement
Where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law, we may restrict or terminate access to our website or services for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
We may also remove or restrict access to content when we reasonably determine that doing so is appropriate in response to a valid copyright complaint.
5. Misrepresentation and Legal Responsibility
Please ensure that all information included in a DMCA notice or counter-notice is accurate before submitting it.
Under applicable law, a person who knowingly or materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, may be responsible for damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
Submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notice may have legal consequences. If you are uncertain whether material infringes your copyright or whether the DMCA process applies to your situation, you may wish to seek independent legal advice before submitting a notice.
6. Policy Updates
We may revise this DMCA & Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our website, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.
Any updated version will be posted on this page and will become effective when published, unless otherwise stated.
